Are my files stored on the blockchain?
No. Only the cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of your files is anchored on the public ledger. Neither personal data nor content leaves your perimeter: files remain in object storage isolated per organization.
What is a qualified eIDAS timestamp?
The European trust standard: issued by a qualified provider, it gives rise to a presumption of accuracy for the date and integrity of content (eIDAS art. 41) and is admissible as evidence in all 27 member states.
Can a third party verify a proof without creating an account?
Yes, thanks to a self-contained, time-limited proof link that lets them check the existence, integrity and anchoring of a contribution — useful for a CIR auditor, an expert or an investor.
What is Track Innov Desktop?
An MCP server — the standard integration protocol for AI agents — that automatically seals every deliverable as it is created and links it to the others: you get a continuous body of proof, with no clicks and no tool changes.
Does Track Innov Desktop see the content of my files?
No. The fingerprint is computed locally and only fingerprints and project metadata leave. It captures neither content, nor browsing, nor conversations: it is a digital lab notebook, not a spy.
What is ERM?
Track Innov’s electronic registered mail: an email, a business application or a CCM flow becomes a registered delivery with legal value, received in the recipient’s inbox — no portal, no account to create.
Does ERM carry the same weight as a paper registered letter?
Yes: equivalent by right (CPCE, art. L.100), with qualified eIDAS timestamping, an identified recipient (MFA, France Identité or EUDI wallet) and a complete evidence file at every step.
What type of electronic signature do you offer?
A simple electronic signature: the signer is authenticated with an OTP code, their decision is timestamped, and the completed document is sealed and kept with its audit log.
How are external partner accesses managed?
Each item carries a confidentiality level and each member a clearance. Access can be conditioned on signing an NDA suited to the risk level.
Where is my data hosted?
The service is operated in France, on a sovereign foundation. Your proofs belong to you: full export (JSON, PDF, ZIP), public verification with no account and no vendor lock-in.
Is my account protected?
You can enable two-factor authentication (TOTP), backed by recovery codes.
Is Track Innov suitable for CIR, CII and JEI files?
Yes: CIR-, CII-, JEI- or IP-typed workspaces, and with Track Innov Desktop R&D involvement is rebuilt from real, dated deliverables — no more retroactive timesheets.
